Tragic DUI Crash Claims Infant’s Life

NEWS Today in Pasco. An 8-month-old boy died after a rear-end collision on U.S. 19 near Flora Avenue early Saturday morning. The driver, Antonio Miguel Bravo, 32, was arrested for DUI manslaughter. His blood alcohol level was 0.089, above Florida’s legal limit. He remains in custody on $100,000 bail.

Scallop Season Suspended Due to Toxins

Pasco County’s scallop season has been temporarily halted after the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission detected unsafe levels of saxitoxin and Pyrodinium bahamense in local waters. These toxins can cause paralytic shellfish poisoning. While scalloping is paused, fishing, boating, and swimming remain safe. It’s unclear if the season will be extended

Search Underway for Missing Dade City Woman
